We are Mary Agyeman and Maame Dufie Osei and we are the proud operators of Troy Montessori School located at the Heart of Accra-Dansoman.
We initially operated from Home by Mary Agyeman some many 20 years ago the subsequently Dufie Osei joined in after God blessed us with our own place. Our new building is located at Dansoman Akokofoto Opposite Kantanka TV station, a walking distance from the Dansoman High Street.
We offers something different because we take on the role of the extended family. We have children aged from 2months to school age allowing from the same family to be together in single warm homely setting Operating from 7am to 5pm.
Here at Troy, we enable learners to access curriculum that does not follow the prescribed model but that focuses on independence and other personalized education rooted in social, emotional and physical development. This enables the very best achievement for pupils both personally and academically.
The Teacher to student ratio is an average e of 17 : 2 to achieve a more personal approach to classroom learning.

She has held leadership roles including Treasury and Secretary of P.T.A. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing from Methodist University Ghana

I am a lawyer by profession working with one of the best Law Firms in Ghana and a proud St Mary’s old girl with Two (2) bacholer Degrees From K.N.U.S.T and G.I.M.P.A. and a professional quantification from the Ghana School of Law. I love to swim and play tennis when I’m mot working
Mary Ayiwah Agyemang
Grandma as the children call her is a mother of seven and a dedicated deacon in her church, Bethel Baptist also located in Dansoman. She has had over 45 years experience in teaching as a trained teacher with a Bachelors Degree in Education. She served her country Ghana as a public servant in the Education sector until she recently retired some 8years ago. Her passion for quality education is impeccable.
She is very particular with the preschoolers because she believes in the essences of giving a child the strong foundation needed. Her love and passion for children and their education has been her central guiding focus in her profession.
